Change in Control
Berkley Resources Inc. (“Berkley”) has acquired a 53% interest in AUC by purchasing 1,068,696 of the Company’s 2,007,946 issued and outstanding common shares. Berkley Resources is a growth-oriented, junior oil and gas company with production, development and exploration assets in Alberta and Saskatchewan, Canada. Berkley’s shares trade on the Canadian National Stock Exchange (CNSX) under the symbol BKS.

Change in Directors and Officers
AUC announces the resignation of Mr. Robert Rich and Mr. Robert Connochie from its Board of Directors. Mr. Matt Wayrynen has been appointed to the Company’s Board of Directors and will serve as President of the Company. Ms. Pamela Lynch has been appointed as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary.
Termination of Option Agreement
AUC has provided a notice of termination of the Lease and Option Agreement with Nu Star Exploration, LLC to acquire 449 federal mining claims located in Arizona. The Company is now pursuing new energy-related opportunities.
